MY New York: "It's a Helluva Town"
The Society of the Four Arts
As the saying goes, “You can take her out of New York, but you can’t take New York out of her!” Join Joan as she shares her favorite city in the world, and her second home.
In fully illustrated talks you will see art in the major museums of the various boroughs, enjoy examples of iconic architecture everywhere, sit in the parks, walk along famous streets and waterfronts, learn about the contributions of famous New Yorkers past and present, and much more! There will even be time for some day trips to important places nearby. Be inspired by the many aspects of this mecca of energy, diversity, beauty, and culture that’s just plain fun!
