A Guided Discussion: American Social Issues 4-week

After a brief review of the week's topic by Dr. Fleischman, participants will explore and discuss the social concerns currently being discussed in Congress, in the media, and in classrooms. These topics will include social inequalities, race relations, the future of democracy, and gender-related issues. Different viewpoints will be presented, followed by an open discussion. Opinions are bound to vary! The success of this new format hinges on each attendee's tolerance and mutual respect. Space is Limited.
