The Basement Presents

I am a DJ who specialize in Funk, Soul, Rock, Punk, Indie, Hip-Hop and Afro-Funk. I am known for mixing up different genres, getting people on the dance floor and our DJ tribute events- "The Smiths, The Cure and Joy Division, MF Doom, Madlib and J Dilla". I don't just play music, we set the mood and audiences and venues appreciate that I  play all styles of music, that don't often get played. 

I also put together events- Wax On Wax Off is an event for vinyl lovers.  We encourage you to bring your own vinyl, any genre welcome and play a 15 minute set of your favorite music. 

My other event is Tiny Gear Concert. This is an event for music makers. We invite you to bring three of your favorite tiny instruments- MPC, Modular system, ukulele and perform a 15 minute set.
