ArtStart, Inc. is a not-for-profit, Florida corporation formed in 2004 by artist, Jeannette Pomeroy Parssi. We offer studio classes, outreach programs and community art activities. ArtStart’s mission is to provide educational opportunities in the arts including visual arts, music, dance, theater and creative writing. Our goal is to cultivate the resources, leadership and partnerships that nurture and support arts and cultural programs, thereby making the arts accessible to all. Join us!
